Job Description

We currently have a vacancy for a permanent, full
time Customer Service, Sales & Administration
person in our Stuart Park office.


Duties:

  • Managing product and service sales at shop
    front counter
  • Raising and invoicing jobs
  • Cash handling and EFTPOS processing
  • Assisting with telephone and email enquiries.
    booking service work when required

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent communication and customer
    service skills
  • Enthusiastic and eager to learn a wide range
    of skills and products
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced
    environment
  • Experience in a locksmithing or trade
    environment will be highly regarded, but full
    training will be provided to the right candidate
  • Be able to use Xero and ServiceM8
  • Assist with scheduling tradesman’s jobs
  • In shop duties including identifying and
    cutting keys.
