We are seeking a Head Chef at our groovy, fun and sand filled restaurant!
Dinner service only, you will be responsible for rostering the main kitchen and controlling
food costs, ordering, overseeing all facets of the main kitchen operation and offering
support to the pizza kitchen.
The role is a salaried five nights per week and attracts bonuses for wage and food cost
control. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will have the opportunity to stamp your style on the menu and be creative in daily specials.
